As offices closed and business methods shifted during the early days of the pandemic, Middletown Township was looking for ways to continue to serve their residents in new ways. The Township chose to use our Citizen Portal and branded it themselves as MTGo. Its flexibility and our ability to deploy it quickly had them up and running within their desired timeframe. The township was able to receive and process hundreds of citizen requests in the first few months after going live and continues to use it as a tool to make themselves more available and accountable to those they serve. Since deploying Citizen Centrl they have phased in other workflows and departments such as code enforcement and permitting (and still going!).
Middletown is a large municipality with many departments and roles with those departments. They use TRAISR on the desktop to schedule their workforce in the field which uses our mobile platform to guide their work.
