Robbinsville, NJ
Like many municipalities of their size, Robbinsville has a large inventory of GIS data but it was only being used by certain people with specialized technology. Sharing that data across departments and keeping it updated presented a challenge for them. They chose to use TRAISR to allow data access to a broad audience within the organization and minimize their reliance on select individuals and devices to manage their data.
Robbinsville is a large municipality with many departments and roles with those departments. They’ve started with their public works department as the first step in a phased approach to adopting TRAISR more broadly in the Township. As new processes come on board, they will continue to look at other places where TRAISR can be used to increase efficiency and promote sharing of resources.

Dave Fried - Robbinsville Township Mayor
"The mapping of our assets and infrastructure was a top priority for us in 2019, so we obviously wanted to get it right. TRAISR was one of three teams we interviewed and, ultimately, the decision wasn’t even close. There was no hard sell or gimmicks. Dan Reavy, Brian Berdel, Eric Haflett and the entire TRAISR team let their experience and, more importantly, their product speak for them. We could not be happier with the decision. Admitted neophytes, we have relied and trusted their knowledge and technical expertise to implement and guide us - first through the “Asset Centrl” and now “Work Centrl” platforms. With important projects such as the rebuilding of a residential sanitary sewer system in one of our key residential developments, along with a complete cataloging our public works inventory underway, we are more confident than ever that TRAISR was the right choice for Robbinsville."
