London Grove, PA

London Grove Township uses TRAISR to satisfy the needs for multiple departments including finance, fire and public works.  The Township uses it to change the way they track permit activity and report fee collection to their finance department in a way that streamlines and simplifies the effort for both departments.  They’re also using it to do inspections for the fire and public works department to help with things like emergency response and storm water management.  For fire, drive time analysis for fire stations can be displayed alongside assets.  Storm water asset inventory is readily available for update with maintenance or inspection workflows when necessary.  In either case the Township sees TRAISR as a scalable tool that can expand in functionality as they increase their efforts to build their digital data strategy.
