Springfield Township was interested in bringing a number of their operations into a digital space to allow them to make processes more efficient and to share data across departments. They’re also interested in tracking impervious surface as it gets added through permitted construction activity. As they continue to transition the Permit Centrl and Work Centrl modules in TRAISR are being implemented in the township across more departments including Parks and Recreation and Public Works.
