Upper Dublin Township has a very busy permitting office and was looking for a work management solution that could keep up with their pace.  TRAISR was implemented to help their office staff work efficiently on the details in the office while getting updated on field inspection activities in real time.  They use TRAISR’s advanced reporting functionality to get up-to-the-minute status of inspections in the field.  This allows them to process their permits with accurate efficiency and provide quality service to their residents.  The Permit Centrl and Work Centrl modules in TRAISR are used heavily in the township across multiple departments including Fire and Public Works.
